Recognition of the strategic importance of gender diversity is growing, but many qualified women are dropping out of the recruitment process, according to our global survey. Our results show that the majority of female applicants have withdrawn a job application because of perceived gender bias. We also have clearer insight that few companies have a stated objective to increasing female leadership; impacting the success of their hiring goals.
