We are currently exclusively supporting our Key Client who is a Tier 1 Multinational Medical Technology Corporation to look for an exceptional talent who has years experiences in Supply Chain management; especially in Logistics, Transportation, Warehousing.
Role
- Logistics Management: Take full responsibility for the end-to-end logistics operations in the Greater China area, including transportation, 3PL relationships, distribution, and warehouse management.
- Regional Oversight: Ensure efficient logistics processes across the region, optimizing cost effectiveness, and meeting customer service levels.
- Supply Chain Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Sales, and Manufacturing, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of logistics activities.
- ERP System Management: Utilize the company's own ERP system to streamline logistics operations, ensuring data accuracy and system optimization.
- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with stakeholders globally, fostering effective communication and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external partners.
- Performance Monitoring: Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track logistics performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive operational excellence.
- Compliance and Regulations: Stay updated with local regulations and ensure compliance with relevant laws and industry standards.
Requirement
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in logistics, 3PL management, distribution, and warehouse management, preferably in the MedTech, Pharma, or related industries.
- ERP System Knowledge: Proficiency in utilizing ERP systems, with specific experience in implementing and managing logistics functions within an ERP system.
- Cultural Adaptability: Proactive and adaptable personality, capable of collaborating with stakeholders worldwide in a global company environment.
- Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin), with the ability to effectively communicate across different levels of the organization.
- Regional Management: Previous experience in regional logistics management, overseeing operations across multiple countries or regions, would be highly advantageous.
