Job Title: Branch Manager
As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Client's branch's operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, team leadership, and financial performance. Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain a high level of operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop effective strategies to penetrate the market.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to drive business growth.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team of sales representatives and support staff.

Qualifications and Requirements:
