Company Summary: This global leader within the Manufacturing industry is in search of someone to join their team as a Continuous Improvement Manager. This United States based company is a household name known for its high-quality products and incredible reputation. The Continuous Improvement Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Continuous Improvement and providing support and training on Lean methodologies. This candidate will be a key player in utilizing their leadership and management expertise in a manufacturing environment to drive success for team members.
The Continuous Improvement Manager will have the following responsibilities:
- Working with Management to develop and execute all Continuous Improvement ideologies
- Implement TPM/Lean Methodologies, such as, Bottleneck Reduction, Root Cause Analysis, 5S, OEE, etc. to increase efficiency and decrease waste
- Tracking and analyzing KPI's and other metrics to ensure best overall production
- Leading regular Continuous Improvement events and meetings
The Continuous Improvement Manager will have the following qualifications:
- Over 5 years of Continuous Improvement experience, mostly with Lean Six Sigma
- Over 5 years of leadership/supervisor background preferred
- Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt required, Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt preferred
- Extensive background in a Manufacturing environment
- Bachelor's Degree required
