We are currently support our Key Client - Multinational Corporations to look for an exceptional talent who has years experiences of Supply Chain Management and Business Operations within the industry of Manufacturing.
Role
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the business
- Design strategy and set goals for growth
- Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
- Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
- Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
- Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
- Direct the employee assessment process
- Prepare regular reports for global management
- Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
- Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)
Requirement
- Experience working in the area of Electrical Equipment or Machinery Manufacturing
- 15 years experience in the industry with deep understanding for , business operations and supply chain is required
- Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Strong analytical ability and excellent communication skills
