I am excited to be working with one of the Global Leaders in Health care on a brand new division within their Medical Devices business unit. They are searching for a number of Supply Chain and IT professionals to lead a Digital Transformation globally, located in their Zug office (with hybrid and remote work possible).
This position is accountable for the overall Digital transformation roadmap across Medical Devices Regional supply chains and global planning functions. The role will help shape and deploy the overarching MD Regional SC & Plan vision, mission and comprehensive strategy and translate into a Digital strategy and transformation plan in close collaboration with the respective stakeholders. This will result in a clear and aligned Digital transformation plan to transform the business, including clear prioritized actions around digitalization and digital transformation in the Supply Chain.
The Digital Strategy Supply Chain Transformation Manager will be responsible for:
- Shaping and driving the Medical Devices global plan Digital Transformation to accelerate business outcomes and growth, with strong collaboration with the regional and functional leadership teams.
- Helping to develop the MD Plan & Regional vision & strategy and integrated system & digital capability roadmap and translate into the Digital transformation strategy.
- Overall accountability to develop, refine, and implement the Digital transformation strategy to advance maturity of the business to support the business growth.
- Ensuring strategy is understood, accepted, adopted, and activated globally.
- Defining and managing multi-year roadmap - investment strategic plan, including critical end-to-end digital capabilities to transform our business.
- Establish strong alignment and linkages to partner functions around the world.
The Digital Strategy Supply Chain Transformation Manager should have the following experience:
- Excellent understanding of both IT and supply chain functions.
- Relevant degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Operations or equivalent experience.
- Further Qualifications that would be beneficial:
- FPX PL/PMP Certification
- APICS certifcation
- MBA/PhD
- Several years' experience working in Supply Chain / Operations to drive business process improvement and Digital transformation
- Digital acumen and detailed understanding of Data Management, visualization, advanced analytics, intelligent automation and emerging technologies
- Experience working in an international/multi-regional and multi-cultural team
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain Planning processes
