Director of Transportation and Logistics will be responsible for:
- Leading, coaching, training and guiding Directors and Group Logistics Managers
- Facilitating and driving results in a faced paced environment
- Multi-site management
- Identify and lead customer-facing, continuous improvement projects
- Develop strong stakeholder management
- Conduct analysis of fleet operations and profitability and make recommendations for continuous improvement, determine and measure key performance indicators
- Full budget and P&L responsibilities
- Travel required - up to 30%
Director of Transportation and Logistics should have the following qualifications:
- 10+ years of related Supply Chain leadership experience
- Bachelor's Degree - preferably in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, or Engineering
- Outstanding continuous improvement capabilities
- Ability to influence across the company and to interact with persons at all levels and to work independently and collaboratively to set and accomplish Company goals
- Proficiency in analytic tools and concepts
