A very exciting opportunity to work for a leader in the automotive supplier world as a head of supply chain has arisen. The role will be focused on a global transformation and will incorporate a large amount of travel however will be predominantly located in Lake Constance. The right candidate should have a strong background in SAP implementation and operations.
Responsibilities
- Translation of End-to-end Supply Chain Performance Management strategy into detailed implementation concepts for performance management
- Analyzing requirements for Supply Chain Performance Management with divisional and regional representatives and alignment of target processes, KPIs, tool specifications with Supply Chain Performance Managers in divisions, regions and IT experts
- Specification of cascaded E2E performance management system with seamless integration into operational plant level based on SAP Analytics Cloud
- Leading projects for development of central supply chain tools and databases and migration towards E2E performance management system as well as leading corporate performance improvement initiatives and providing required tool and data support for divisions
- Taking project lead for top management analytics tasks
Your profile
- Masters Degree in Supply Chain Management/Operations (or relevant)
- Strong Data management Experience
- 7+ years experience in operational Supply Chain Leadership role
- Experience working within transformation
- German & English Fluent
