Role Overview
The Electrical Supervisor will oversee the implementation of advanced electrical practices, ensuring alignment with production requirements. You'll lead a team responsible for maintaining capacity utilization and quality standards for consistent and reliable operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the execution of equipment strategies for assets involved in high-risk processes.
- Implement methods to enhance operational efficiency while adhering to regulatory standards.
- Support the integration of contractor partners and equipment with the plant workforce.
- Collaborate with regional and global leaders to promote best practices.
- Develop and monitor the operational budget to ensure progress aligns with estimates.
- Play a role in personnel decisions, including hiring, performance management, and disciplinary actions, while also engaging in tasks alongside your team.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- At least one year of directly related work experience.
Preferred Requirements
- Familiarity with relevant tools, process controls, and area technology systems.
- Experience coordinating third-party resources to achieve business objectives.
- One year of supervisory experience.
- Intermediate project management skills.
- Experience in designing and building electrical systems, including power, lighting, and signal.
- Knowledge of PLC programming.
