Key Responsibilities:
- Offer onsite technical support ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and repairs on cutting-edge 3D printing equipment
- Facilitate comprehensive training programs tailored to client needs
- Provide high level technical consultancy
- Remote client support.
- Management of ticketing systems and SOW analysis.
Skills Required:
* **Technical Support:** You will be expected to resolve complex issues related not just to hardware but also software aspects associated with advanced 3D printers.
* **Maintenance**: Your ability will ensure optimal performance through preventative measures as well as troubleshooting unexpected breakdowns swiftly.
* **Training:** Confidently impart knowledge & skills necessary for clients' personnel; helping them master their use of technology provided.
* **Background** State Certification in Mechatronics or Electromechanical Engineering or Equivalent.
