A global environmental manufacturing company is looking for a Plant Manager for their Central Illinois location. This is a place where you will find growth, community, and stability all in one.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing multiple shifts between 2 locations
- Keep teams on track to hit all KPI's
- Providing a professional but high energy attitude for your teams
- Work closely with your 3 direct reports at the plant
Requirements:
- HIGH energy - ability to be a hands-on leader when needed
- Bachelor's degree in related field (Engineering, Economics, Business or related)
- 15+ years of relative experience (Plant Manager, GM, Site Lead)
- Familiarity with all/or - engineering, tool die, metal trades
