- Formulate and execute practical PD processes flow (from PP-Product-Brief to Go-To-Market) and regular review and updates
- Work closely with relevant function streams and department to derive PD Annual Plan which well blended into Marketing and Retail Sales Plan for OTB purposes.
- Participate in identifying gaps in portfolio for new product development with PP consensus, direction and briefs.
- Constantly explore, develop and examine new findings, parts, mechanism, and/or new ideas to be applied on products to uplift the brand value from product perspective.
- Price Engineering on products to fulfil the requirements set and agreed in merchandising mix plan from Regions as well as the Brand Product Architecture.
- Product development cost budgeting (samples, silver modelling and development costs such as Patent Costs)
- Product/Technical proposition feeds for Marketing Angles Build upon any completing new product developments.
