Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manages all functional areas related to the manufacturing
- Lead the implementation of projects and processes to improve quality, product cost and optimisation of capacity and capabilities.
- Driving and optimising company's profitability from the shop floor
- Control costs to achieve company budget goals; Ensure safety and efficiency of the facility
- Lead manufacturing processes that foster high quality, cost efficiency and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Communicating and collaborating with departments as well as internal stakeholders.
- Strong understanding and technical knowledge plant production systems and capital equipment
Qualification/Experience
- 10+ years of experience in site manufacturing
- Strong project management skills
- Pro-active, accountable, self-motivated, results focused, hands-on,
- Self-starter and ability to make and execute decisions
