A leading paper and packing company is looking for a Key Account Manager to assist in managing assigned accounts and implementing the company sales strategy. This person will work directly with the Sales Team to lead the account action planning and delivery to continue revenue growth within assigned accounts across territories.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain sales, margin and mix in line with the targets for assigned key accounts
- Be able to negotiate business terms and agreements with customers, make sure they are documented and stored as legally required
- Take the corrective actions where targets are not being achieved to reach the required profitability
- Lead face-to-face customer meetings
- Use sales tools to ensure customer information is up to date
- Provide market and business information and intelligence on customer activity, competitors, and end-user information
- Collect customer's balance sheets and other documents for credit control
Qualifications:
- Degree in a relevant field and minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role or field and/or equal HS with equal work experience
- Experience or knowledge of the packaging or labeling industry
- Proven track record in sales, ideally B-to-B environment field sales
