Skills And Experience
* Bachelor's degree (or Equivalent)
* Driven leader who will focus on pushing their team to the best performance, with an open mind to adaptation and change with an agile mindset.
* Experience in both Agile lean procurement and Sage (ERP system)
* 8-10 years of experience in operational procurement
* 5 years (Minimum) in leading direct reports.
Job Description - Day to day operational activities
- Ensuring on time deliveries.
- Issuing/following up purchase orders
- Communication with suppliers and leading negotiations.
- Ensuring on time deliveries.
- Liaise with project procurement teams and align to the guidelines.
- Coordinating all invoice related matters.
- Support material forecasting and demand planning/stock management activities.
- Implement and adhere to company guidelines and governance
- Negotiating price agreements (general frameworks & non-disclosure agreements)
- Ensuring material availability
- Maintaining ERP procurement interface
