Summary: A leading food and beverage manufacturer is looking for a qualified Operations Manager to oversee on-site operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all inbound and outbound operations at this national company. They will oversee the functional process while scheduling shifts and coordinating activities.
- Lead a team of 10 Area Managers and 100 hourly associates in operations
- Utilise industry-standard continuous improvement methodologies to solve problems and achieve fast-paced results
- Measure and report daily KPIs to effectively improve operations
- Carry out project leadership functions such as layout changes, time studies, and visual management implementation
- Oversee projects from start to finish to verify accuracy regarding products, quantity, and condition
- Minimum 5 years experience in Operations
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Black Belt preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in Leadership/Management
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
