DSJ Global is currently partnered with a leading manufacturer in the foam industry, dedicated to producing high-quality foam products for a wide range of applications. Due to rapid growth team is seeking a dynamic Plant Manager to lead manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities:
- Drive operational excellence by implementing lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure on-time delivery of products.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance, quality control, and logistics, to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and manage budgets, controlling costs and maximizing efficiency.
- Implement safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or related experience
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
