DSJ Global is currently looking for a Plant Manager to join a mining manufacturer in West Missouri. The ideal candidate will have a background in Lime, cement or other aggregate manufacturing. The Plant Manager will have a strong knowledge of OSHA and MSHA regulations. If you have experience in this field and are looking for a new challenge, then we would like to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the plant operations including production, maintenance, safety, and quality control
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize plant efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with all OSHA and MSHA regulations
- Develop and maintain a positive relationship with clients, suppliers, and employees
- Create and maintain a safe working environment for all employees
- Develop and implement training programs for employees
