PMO Manager
I'm currently working with a Railroad Manufacture. They are in a very exciting growth stage and are building up a new and very modern site.
With a new leadership team they want to take the company to the next level and are now looking for a PMO Manager to lead and coach their project Managers to take the company to the next level
As PMO Manager, you will:
- Elaboration, introduction, maintenance and further development of uniform specifications, guidelines, methods and tools of project management, taking into account company-wide management specifications
- Creation of a portfolio including key figure reporting
- Operational support of projects, especially in the offer and start-up phase
- Training of project managers and project staff
- Design and moderation of workshops
- Implementation of special topics, projects and system developments, ensuring effective knowledge transfer within the division and between projects
As PMO Manager, you will bring:
- Minimum 5 of experience in project management and change processes
- Experience in the introduction, design and implementation of project management systems as well as process analysis and definition
- Knowledge of process improvement methodology like Six Sigma and Lean
- Ideally started the career in the shopfloor and has built up knowledge trough experience
- Strong teamwork skills and a high degree of independence
