Major Responsibilities:
- Ensure high-quality and efficient production in the managed area.
- Provide clear direction to workers regarding safety protocols and procedures.
- Meet the production plan targets by coordinating and managing the workflow.
- Monitor and ensure the availability of materials required for production.
- Maintain a safe work environment and adherence to established procedures.
- Uphold and enhance the overall quality and quantity of production in the managed area.
- Ensure successful implementation of the WES System (Work Execution System).
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Advise and guide workers on effective workflow management through clear direction.
- Control and manage the workflow in the assigned area to optimize production efficiency.
- Regularly check and manage the availability of materials to avoid production delays.
- Oversee safety protocols and procedures, taking proactive measures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Uphold and improve the quality and quantity of production through continuous monitoring and improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with the WES System team to successfully implement and maintain the system.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate and motivate a diverse workforce.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to ensure efficient production processes.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding quality standards.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a production setting.
- Proficient computer skills and the ability to adapt to new systems and technologies.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
