Responsibilities:
- Oversee a single shift with 10-20 direct reports, potentially including afternoon or night shifts
- Ensure high-quality product delivery while complying with policies, laws, and regulations
- Manage product cost, budget, margin, and material utilization. Train others for cost management
- Improve budget performance, including OT, expenses, OEE, labor, downtime, and more
- Drive OEE and quality metrics, understanding key performance indicators
- Develop employees, create a learning environment, and coach teams to meet goals
- Supervise the team and lead staffing activities
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- 2+ years in supervisory experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Plant financial understanding
- Experience working on continuous improvement projects
