Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing, assigning responsibility, implementing and monitoring the site Quality Plan
- Executing new methods to enable the manufacturing site to deliver safe & consistent products
- Responsible for managing site's Quality audit Program
- Leveraging audit results and KPI's to drive CI activities and reduce waste
- Executing all Quality Systems in the plant
- Ensuring compliance with company's global standards
- Managing cGMPs and local regulatory requirements
- Leading inspections from regulatory agencies as applicable
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Engineering or related field
- 10+ years of experience in Quality/Supply Chain
- 5+ years in Manufacturing/Plant Operations environment
- FDA, EPA or OSHA experience
- At least 5 years experience conducting Failure Investigations, Corrective and Preventative Action, and Notices of Deviation
- 2+ years experience with Minitab, SPC
- Experience using SAP or other plant-related computer systems
