Title: Senior Demand Planner

The Sr. Demand Planner would have the opportunity to play a large role in improving demand forecasting, supply planning, production scheduling, and S&OP processes.
The Sr. Demand Planner Responsibilities:
- Drive the monthly demand forecast, improve forecast accuracy, and validate inputs
- Use root cause analysis to identify forecast deviations and issues (errors, accuracy, bias, etc.)
- Monitor the demand plan performance, looking at actual vs. planned performance at multiple levels
- Represent the demand plan within the S&OP meetings and conduct analysis on projects
- Cross collaborate and partner with marketing, sales, finance, etc. to look at NPI, trends, and demand assumptions
The Sr. Demand Planner Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-4 year's experience in supply chain planning
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft office
- Strong problem solving and communication skills
