A world-leading Pharmaceutical company is seeking an experience Senior Director of MS&T to lead key disciplines within the Manufacturing Sciences group. This individual will be responsible for driving technology transfers, process development, and manufacturing scale-up. They will be expected to have a strong leadership background in the Pharmaceutical industry.
The Senior Director, MS&T will be responsible for:
- Provide technical guidance a team of direct reports
- Work with R&D and Manufacturing groups to scale up products
- Meeting deadlines for time-sensitive projects
- Performing tech transfers
The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Sciences
- 10+ years in the Pharmaceutical industry
- 5+ years of people management experience
- Strong knowledge of FDA & ISO regulations for compliance purposes
