Senior ERP Project Manager - JDE Platform

Our client, a premier pharmaceuticals organization, is looking to fill a newly created Senior ERP Project Manager role to develop, manage, and deliver the complete scope for the JDE (JD Edwards) multi-year, high profile implementation project.
The Senior ERP Project Manager will report to the Head of US Business Intelligence and work with C-Suite internal stakeholders in the business, as well as lead the project implementation team. The ideal candidate will have successfully conducted JDE implementations in prior roles, and additionally within the life sciences markets.
Minimum of 5 Project Management roles with JD Edwards full life cycle implementations is required.
The Senior ERP Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Leading the JDE implementation teams during all phases of the full life cycle implementation, which includes: defining, prioritizing, coordinating, and managing project assignments to ensure tasks are completed appropriately and timely
- Proactively recommends to project leadership critical project direction and scope changes and options, in addition to monitoring and ensuring progress regarding the resolution of issues and risks
- Maintaining project financial and project profitability, to include resource scheduling, revenue forecasting per project, billing reconciliations, expense report and time approval for project work
- Managing the project infrastructure deployment requirements in collaboration with IT Infrastructure Team
- Utilizing troubleshooting skills to address project related issues as well as the human resource needs of the team members and acts quickly to resolve problems and issues
- Creating training materials and quick reference guides to support user adoption, as well as conducting training classes to prepare end users for deployment
- Contributing to design sessions to help identify business system requirements needed to meet the business and transformational goals
The Senior ERP Project Manager has the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, MIS, or related field
- 4-6 years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice or function servicing cross-industry clients at a national level
- Minimum of 5 Project Management roles with JD Edwards full life cycle implementations
- Willingness/Ability to travel up to 100%
