Responsibilities:
- Oversee and guide production supervisors in multi-shift manufacturing operations, ensuring their performance aligns with the overall objectives.
- Advocate for product quality, adherence to policies, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Establish and monitor financial performance targets, key performance metrics, and budgetary decisions for the manufacturing line(s).
- Offer coaching, feedback, and training to team members, fostering operator engagement and enhancing their grasp of cost management.
- Spearhead change management initiatives, both within the team and across departments, to encourage organizational improvement and achieve results.
- Act as a proxy for the manager, lead the reporting of escalations, and represent the department during audits and site visits.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4+ years in manufacturing leadership
- Distinguished oral/written communication and presentation skills
- Finance and budget management accountability
- Advanced problem-solving skills
