We are seeking a Senior Sourcing Manager - Indirects in South Florida. This individual will have a focus most heavily on procurement and purchasing of various indirect spend categories. This role is a pivotal and strategic position with exceptional growth opportunity within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Strategic Sourcing Processes for Categories including Marketing, Technology, and services
- Research and negotiate vendor agreements and contracts
- Establish and manage key supplier relations and supplier negotiations
- Effectively lead and manage a team
- Review suppliers and KPI development
- Work cross-functionally with other departments and executives within the company to execute short and long-term objectives
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
- 6+ years Indirect Procurement experience required
- Proven leadership and management experience
- Proven supplier relationship experience
- Must have great relationship skills and executive presence
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to change
- The ability to network effectively in the industry
