Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end supply chain, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, production, and sales) to ensure smooth operations and alignment with business goals.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
- Oversee the demand forecasting process to meet production requirements and optimise inventory levels.
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess supply chain performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar supply chain leadership role, ideally within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles, including procurement, logistics, and inventory control.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive change.
- Proficiency in supply chain software and ERP systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
