The Manager responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for logistics, inventory management, warehousing, on-demand packing and shipping, and other supply chain functions necessary for site functionality
- Establish and implement logistics plans to align with regional objectives
- Coordinate and direct site teams to ensure execution of logistical tasks
- Collaborate with plant functions within Manufacturing, Quality, Safety, Engineering, and Finance and other colleagues within supply chain and customer service
- Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements
- Serve internal and external customers, address complaints, and develop plans to minimize future issues
- Develop and mentor direct and indirect reports to improve skills and abilities and grow high-performance teams
The Manager must have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering or relevant field of study
- 10+ years experience in logistics, warehousing, and supply chain planning
- 5+ years of management experience having teams and direct reports (union experience a plus)
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and provide strong customer care
- Strong experience and skills with Microsoft Office & ERP systems (SAP a plus)
