- Drives strategic development (design, implement, communicate, maintain all applicable compensation programs to align with the company's Total Rewards philosophy and business objectives)
- Partner with global/regional HR colleagues to implement global/regional projects at a regional/site level
- Develops compensation budgets, prepares policies and procedures to ensure the achievement of equitable and competitive employee compensation
- Evaluates the market data and provides consultation on new hire offers, retention bonuses, and promotion recommendations
