You will lead and shape our global quality strategy, overseeing quality operations across multiple countries, and driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global quality strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and enhances product quality and safety.
- Lead quality operations at multiple international locations, ensuring adherence to corporate quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing global quality team, providing guidance, development opportunities, and fostering a culture of quality excellence.
- Ensure compliance with international quality and safety regulations, certifications, and industry-specific standards.
- Establish and manage global quality processes, including quality control, quality assurance, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Serve as a key point of contact for quality matters, collaborating with customers to address quality concerns and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with suppliers to establish and maintain quality standards for incoming materials and components.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of global quality programs, providing regular reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in quality leadership roles, preferably in the food packaging or related industry.
- Strong expertise in quality management systems, methodologies, and best practices.
- Proven experience in global quality oversight and managing international quality teams.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Thorough knowledge of international quality and regulatory standards.
- Proficiency in both German and English, both written and spoken.
