Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily IDOC checks to promptly resolve issues and maintain stock integrity.
- Collaborate regularly with the Customer Service team across various regions.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Participate actively in daily tier meetings to address potential issues.
- Report daily on key metrics, including:
- On-time dispatch
- Stock accuracy
- Inbound dock-to-stock time
- Spoilage
- Scrap execution
- Serve as the primary contact for urgent order queries.
- Work with planning and purchasing teams to maintain appropriate inventory levels for both manufactured and third-party products.
- Develop and implement a cycle counting process with the site operations team, ensuring regular reporting.
- Compile and distribute regular reports on operational and financial performance.
- Manage Quality Notifications (QNs) and CAS feedback for orders fulfilled by the 3PL, ensuring satisfactory resolution.
- Monitor volume trends and report findings to the business.
- Lead the scrap process, ensuring timely authorizations, transactions, and reporting.
- Build alliances across all functions to support business goals and commitments.
- Perform all job duties safely.
- Undertake other duties and cross-training as assigned.
- Provide 3PL partner with a rolling 3-month volume forecast to ensure adequate resources.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of warehouse leadership experience or equivalent, or a degree with 5 years of relevant management experience.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operational environments, including internal and external customer demands.
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence in engaging with customers (both internal and external) across the business to understand their needs and demands.
- Knowledge and understanding of SAP and order management processes, with a focus on maintaining accurate stock levels for effective inventory control.
- Strong leadership skills.
