My Client is a leading Chemical Manufacturing seeking a highly skilled Advanced Process Control Engineer to join the dynamic team.
Position Overview:
As an Advanced Process Control Engineer, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and enhancing the manufacturing processes through the application of Advanced Process Control (APC) strategies. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in chemical engineering, extensive experience with APC applications, Distributed Control Systems (DCS), and proficiency in Aspentech applications and DeltaV.
Responsibilities:
- Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Distributed Control Systems (DCS), particularly DeltaV.
- Utilize Aspentech applications to design and implement APC solutions tailored to specific process requirements.
- Provide technical support and training to operations and maintenance teams on APC systems and applications.
- Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to integrate new technologies and innovations into existing processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of Distributed Control Systems, with expertise in DeltaV.
- Proficiency in Aspentech applications, including Aspen Plus and Aspen HYSYS.
- Ability to lead and manage APC projects from conception to completion.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
