Plant Manager Required for Top Packaging Company

A top Packaging Manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee the operations at a few of their facilities throughout the US. This Plant Manager will be responsible for overall Plant Safety in compliance with OSHA guidelines. They will assist in the Plant budgets, trainings, reports, and policies.
The Plant Manager will have the following responsibilities:
- Ensure safety standards follow OSHA guidelines
- Work with HR to build out team
- Conduct trainings with team
- Implement OPEX throughout facility
- Understand and support polices in place within the facility
- Manage all daily operations in the facility ensuring KPIs and other goals are being met or exceeded
The ideal Plant Manager candidate will have the following skillset:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years Plant Management experience
- Experience in Plastics Manufacturing a Plus
- Understanding of corporate financial structures
- Must be organized
- LEAN Six Sigma a plus
- Experience working in a Union Environment
- Ability to build team comradery
- Works well within collaborative team
