A leading Food & Beverage manufacturing company is seeking a Director of Engineering to join their team! This is a brand new and exciting opportunity with a highly reputable company. In this role you will have multi-building oversight and be directly responsible for the engineering + maintenance departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- CAPEX budgeting and continuous improvement
- Lead the engineering + maintenance groups
- Work with developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs
- Provide strategic leadership with engineering projects
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Excellent leadership skills, 7+ years of experience
- Strong engineering + maintenance background
- 3+ years of experience in an FDA or CPG environment
- Strong communication skills to work cross-functionally
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
