Title: Director of Operations
Department: Fulfillment Operations
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Salary: $155,000-$175,000
Summary: This role will provide omni channel operation, continuous improvement, and customer service leadership, and end to end supply chain solutions. You will position yourself to manage the day-to-day operations, taking full P&L responsibility and service accountability. You will ensure the most efficient fulfillment process to meet B2C and B2B needs. You will create a great working environment and culture that will promote growth and sustainable adherence to company policies.
Responsibilities
- Incorporation of LEAN practices and functions through facility operations
- Improve employee satisfaction through improved working conditions, continued proactive communication, and prompt reaction to concerns
- Focus on business development and maintenance of existing client relationships
- Maintain adherence with company and OHSA requirement for safe working environment
- Practice of WMS, CRM, CMS, TMS, and implementation of innovative practices
Qualifications
Education/Experience
- Bachelor's Degree - preferred
- 3-5 years of operations experience
- 10 years' experience in the supply chain space
- 5+ years of managerial experience
