Market research and analysis will be conducted to ascertain trends, pricing dynamics, and sourcing strategies to optimize procurement endeavors. Moreover, mitigating procurement-related risks such as supply chain disruptions, quality concerns, and compliance issues will be crucial, alongside the formulation and implementation of contingency plans to ensure seamless procurement operations.
Sustainable Sourcing Skills:
- Develop and implement a Sustainable Sourcing 3-year Roadmap.
- Translate corporate sustainability goals into action.
- Partner with global and regional vendors to achieve sustainability objectives.
Cost Saving Negotiating Skills:
- Identify and implement cost savings in non-production items.
- Negotiate centrally on behalf of company for regional offices and Business Units.
- Address the current gap in purchasing NPIs.
Leading Negotiation Skills with Financial and Legal Acumen:
- Translate financial and supply chain goals into contract legal terms.
- Combine negotiation prowess with financial and legal expertise.
