Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement global sourcing strategy for professional services categories, including travel, marketing, IT and other indirect categories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with business requirements.
- Conduct thorough market research, negotiate contracts, and build strong supplier partnerships.
- Monitor trends, drive continuous improvement, and act as an expert in professional services procurement.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize procurement processes for increased efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Proven several years of experience in strategic sourcing/category management for professional services (Travel , Marketing & IT etc.) in a global setting.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of achieving cost savings and supplier performance improvements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset, data-driven decision-maker, and proficient in procurement tools/software.
- Fluency in English. Additional languages are a plus.
