A global leader in the food manufacturing industry are looking for a Global Procurement Excellence Manager to join their senior leadership team. You will be transforming an immature procurement function, implementing tools and processes. This role is ideal for an ambitious, curious and entrepreneurial person with an excellent business acumen and understanding.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of high quality tools and processes within the procurement function
- Create, maintain and develop tools, methods, best-practices and standards to support the procurement function
- Facilitate knowledge transfer between regions and functions
Qualifications:
- Experience in IT business tools ideally related to procurement processes
- Excellent communication skills, professional fluency in English. Other languages are beneficial but not essential
- Ability to work with diverse and uncertain within a complex environment
