Head of Engineering - Leading Pharmaceutical Company in Germany (m/f/d)
DSJ Global is excited to be working with a leading pharmaceutical company based in Germany, who are seeking an experienced and talented professional for the role of Head of Engineering. The successful candidate will play a critical leadership role within this dynamic organization, overseeing maintenance, reliability, process engineering, process automation and capital projects.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects related to maintenance including planning, scheduling and strategy.
- Ensure all site assets are qualified and maintained to organisational and regulatory standard.
- Driving continuous improvement of all assets.
- Management and execution of CAPEX Projects.
- Working with Global Senior Leadership Team, developing strategies across all manufacturing sites.
- Leadership and performance management for site engineering team.
Requirements:
- Several years experience in leading engineering teams in areas of maintenance, reliability, process engineering, process automation and capital projects.
- Several years experience working in pharma, biotech or equivalent.
- Proven experience of working in a strategic position.
- Proven experience of training/coaching and mentoring teams.
- Bachelor or higher degree in Engineering.
- German and English fluent.
