Head of Sales - Air & Ocean (m/f/d)

Company Description:
Our client is a global leading logistics service provider, with a large presence in Europe. Currently they are making some changes with their sales network in Europe and as such are currently searching for multiple Head of Sales roles to lead and develop the existing customer base across their European Air & Ocean branches.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical and disciplinary management and expansion of the air & sea freight sales department (3-4 colleagues m/f/d)
- Acquisition of new customers and contract and price negotiations
- Responsibility for the creation, compliance and achievement of the budget/reporting
- Tracking market developments, competitive analyses and (international) customer support
- Creation of a district sales program taking into account local and global objectives
- Development and promotion of leading colleagues (m/f/d)
Qualifications
- Motivation to make a difference, to develop yourself and to achieve great things together with us!
- A commercial training in the logistics/freight forwarding industry or comparable studies etc.
- Experience in a senior sales role with a focus on air freight, sea freight or other logistics products
- Very good English/Other languages would be an advantage and MS Office skills
