Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HSE Policies and Procedures within the HSE framework to meet or exceed the Global HSE Standard and local Safety and Health regulations
- Provide guidance and coaching to all functional and people leaders on site to ensure their functions and teams comply to site HSE Policies and Procedures
- Monitor all associates, visitors and contractors to ensure they comply to HSE Policies and Procedures at all time
- Lead the HSE Management system external audits to ensure HSE Management system compliance to ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and LRQA standards
- Ensure strict compliance to all Global Critical HSE Standards through deployment of local HSE procedures: LOTO, WPT, WAH, HOT work, confined space, electrical safety, machine guarding, contractor management and permit to work standards
