Role Overview:
As a Key Account Manager at the Stockholm headquarters, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of the business. Your primary focus will be on managing key customer accounts, fostering long-term relationships, and spearheading business development initiatives. With emphasis on air and road forwarding for time-sensitive deliveries, your expertise in logistics, particularly within the health care, medical, or pharmaceutical sectors, will be invaluable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture existing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for new customer acquisition, particularly within the health care, medical, and pharmaceutical logistics industries.
- Conduct negotiations with both existing and prospective clients to secure favourable agreements and contracts.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop customised solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of clients.
- Present annual sales plans and strategies to achieve set targets and objectives.
- Take ownership of the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, while adhering to company standards and policies.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably within the logistics industry.
- Experience in health care, medical, or pharmaceutical logistics highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of air and road forwarding processes and time-sensitive deliveries.
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field preferred.
