DSJ Global is currently partnered with a nation leading chemical manufacture seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to join their fast growing team. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of maintenance operations within our chemical manufacturing facility. From implementing preventive maintenance programs to leading troubleshooting efforts, the Maintenance Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our production equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability.
- Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and adherence to safety protocols.
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams to prioritize maintenance activities and optimize production schedules.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and equipment to support maintenance activities and minimize lead times.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance, reduce costs, and streamline maintenance processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field (Preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a maintenance role within a chemical manufacturing environment.
- Strong background in electrical and mechanical systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment.
- Proven track record of implementing preventive maintenance programs and driving process improvements.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and best practices in chemical manufacturing.
