Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead a team of maintenance technicians in ensuring the optimal functioning of machinery and equipment within the manufacturing facility.
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams to prioritize maintenance tasks and minimize disruptions to operations.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including equipment repairs, parts inventory, and maintenance schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to create a safe working environment for all employees.
- Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3+ years of previous supervisory experience in maintenance operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong electrical background with proficiency in troubleshooting electrical systems and controls.
- Proven track record of implementing preventive maintenance programs and improving equipment reliability.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in maintenance operations.
- Technical degree or certification in electrical, mechanical, or related field is preferred.
