Position: Manufacturing Engineer

A Medical Device client of mine is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join their expanding team in their Pennsylvania location. The Manufacturing Engineer would be responsible for developing and implementing optimal and cost-effective manufacturing processes and methods that align with product specifications.
Other Responsibilities Include:
- Designing production and assembly processes and introducing them on the production floor (NPI)
- Assessing design solutions for manufacturability (DFA, DFT)
- Establishing process specifications
- Supporting the development of machinery and the manufacture of assembly and test tools
- Preparing risk analyses of assembly and test processes (PFMEA)
- Testing and validating machines with associated processes (FAT, SAT, IQOQPQ)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Background knowledge of Manufacturing processes
- 1+ year of Engineering experience (Note: open to seeing more Senior candidates as well)
