My client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee our production lines dedicated to powder packaging. As a key player in our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for optimizing production processes, ensuring quality standards, and managing a team of four direct reports.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement efficient production processes to meet or exceed production targets.
- Continuously analyze and improve work flows to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and resolve bottlenecks.
- Enforce strict quality control measures to uphold product integrity and meet regulatory standards.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to minimize defects and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Investigate and address any quality issues promptly, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Lead and mentor a team of four direct reports, providing guidance and support.
- Uphold and enforce safety protocols and guidelines to create a secure work environment.
- Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions to promote a culture of safety consciousness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the food or supplement manufacturing industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate a team.
