Summary: Located in Clintonville, Wisconsin, a leading producer of disposable tabletop products is looking for a Plant Engineer to contribute to the design, building, repair, and maintence of manufacturing plants and their machinery. You will be working in a collaborative and innovative environment to create top tier solutions for both customers and end users of the products.
The Plant Engineer will be responsible for:
- Coordinating and managing capital and identified projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, costs, and performance agreements
- Developing project-specific budgets and overseeing performance against those budgets
- Managing capital projects and teams in alignment with corporate strategy
- Acting as an internal liaison between plant staff and vendors during project planning and execution
- Providing technical support, analyzing data to improve facility efficiency, lower costs, and enhance safety
The Plant Engineer should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Works effectively under general supervision with strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills
- Capable of developing and leading projects within specified deadlines while paying attention to detail and assisting others
- Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and 2D/3D CAD software
