Your Role: As the Plant Materials & Logistics Manager, you'll be at the helm of the materials management and logistics operations, overseeing the entire site's activities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Strategizing and executing efficient materials management and logistics processes to meet production demands.
- Leading and developing a team of direct and indirect reports, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory levels, minimize costs, and ensure on-time delivery of materials.
- Implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and safety within the supply chain.
- Leading the materials management & logistics teams directly & indirectly.
