Title: Principal Design Engineer

DSJ Global is currently partnered with a leading Chemical M who is looking to add an experienced Principal Design Engineer to their team. This person will play a key role in the development and improvement by wokring closely with high end executives and plant management to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operation of Carbon Black Manufacturing.
Essential Functions:
- Lead and Mange various projects
- New and continual process improvement initiatives
- Safety and compliance reviews
- Responsible for all technical and engineering aspects of assigned projects
- Includes budgeting, scheduling, quality, commissioning and managing all technical tasks
- Prepare, sign, and submit engineering plans and drawing to public authority for approval when needed
- Research, design, modify or develop new or existing plant equipment involving process improvement regulatory compliance, and production efficiencies
Requirements:
- PhD in Engineering- Mechnical, or Chemical
- B.S in Chemical Engineering
- 5-8 years of manufacturing expereince in Chemical processing- preferably in Carbon Black
***If you do not have a PhD, 10 years of Carbon Black Experience is required***
